    破五&沙沃尔曼

        春节行至初五,似乎节日气氛就快接近尾声了,非得再热闹一下。

        吃沙沃尔曼(大饼卷烤肉)够有诱惑力。

        热乎乎的炉子,烤得流油的羊肉,空中飞起的抛饼,火光映照人的脸都红通通的,滋味还算不错,对喜欢吃肉的人来说是一大享受了。

        有羊肉的、牛肉的、鸡肉的,尽管禽流感是洪水猛兽,但开罗街头卖的大多数是鸡肉,牛肉尤其是羊肉,对普通百姓来说太昂贵了。

        似乎阿拉伯国家、土耳其等地都有沙沃尔曼,高度怀疑新疆也流行,中国城市里街边串成一大砣卖的烤肉也类似,还有有点像北京的肉夹馍。只是风味应该各有不同,在埃及做的比较好的还是叙利亚的店,叫ABO AMAAR的。

    抛饼程序(以前的照片),然后把抛好的面皮在反转过来的热锅底烤熟,现在因为麻烦此项已省略了,都用做好的白饼。
